These terms cover your use of this website (lspcrm.com), operated by CMS Card Services LLC for CMS Agency Management System. Using CMS Agency Management System itself is covered by a separate agreement signed by your agency.

You may use this website to learn about CMS Agency Management System and to request a demo. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or send information you don't have the right to share.

2. Information on this website

Features described here may change. Pricing and availability are confirmed during your demo and in your agency's written agreement.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the information you send us.

4. Text messages

CMS Agency Management System does not send text messages to website visitors or to people who request a demo. We reply to demo requests by email or phone only, and this website does not sign anyone up for texts.

Agencies that use CMS Agency Management System send text messages to their own customers under their own business name, their own carrier registration and their own consent records. Each agency is responsible for getting and keeping that consent and for honoring its customers' opt-out requests. If you received a text from an insurance agency, please contact that agency directly.
